A note from the owner

I bought Cookies N Clean in April 2025. I'm not a groomer. I came in as an owner who wanted to run the kind of shop I'd want to take my own dog to.

Most of what that's meant is unglamorous: better equipment, better pay for the people doing the work, and systems so that nothing about your appointment depends on someone remembering it.

We've been grooming dogs and cats in north Phoenix since 2012, and we're still a neighborhood shop: two salons and a van, all within a few miles of here. If something about your visit isn't right, I'd rather hear it from you than read about it later.

First apt was today with Courtney and she did amazing. The staff was communicative texting updates the whole time … Price was very reasonable. They went above and beyond and we will definitely be back!
