Our services

We provide dog and cat grooming, self-wash, mobile grooming, and related retail at our Phoenix locations. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and pet.

Appointments & cancellations

Please give advance notice to change or cancel an appointment. Specific scheduling, late, and no-show policies are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments & deposits

Payment is due at the time of service. Some appointments may require a deposit, which is applied to your total or handled per the booking terms.

Pet health & conduct

You confirm your pet is in good health and disclose any behavioral or medical concerns. We may decline or stop a service for the safety of your pet or our team.

Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Text messages

Our optional Text Updates program is not part of these terms and is governed by its own separate Text Updates Program Terms. Agreeing to these terms does not enroll you in text messages, and declining text messages never affects any booking, payment, or service.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and images on this site are owned by Cookies N Clean and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
