These terms govern your use of the Cookies N Clean website and services. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide dog and cat grooming, self-wash, mobile grooming, and related retail at our Phoenix locations. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and pet.

Appointments & cancellations

Please give advance notice to change or cancel an appointment. Specific scheduling, late, and no-show policies are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments & deposits

Payment is due at the time of service. Some appointments may require a deposit, which is applied to your total or handled per the booking terms.

Pet health & conduct

You confirm your pet is in good health and disclose any behavioral or medical concerns. We may decline or stop a service for the safety of your pet or our team.

Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Text message (SMS) program: optional, and separate from these terms

Our text message program is entirely optional and is not part of these terms. Agreeing to these terms does not enroll you, and giving us your mobile number so we can reach you about an appointment does not enroll you either. You can book, pay for, and receive every one of our services without ever agreeing to receive text messages. If you decline, we simply call or email you instead.

You are enrolled only if you take a separate, affirmative step: checking the opt-in box on our Text Updates page, checking the optional text box when you book online, or telling a staff member yes when they ask. That box is never pre-checked, and declining it never blocks a booking, a payment, or a service.

If you do opt in, you will receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-service review requests from Cookies N Clean by text message. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; opting out does not affect your appointments or your ability to book. For support, call your salon or email customerservice@cookiesnclean.com.

The content, branding, and images on this site are owned by Cookies N Clean and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
