We provide dog and cat grooming, self-wash, mobile grooming, and related retail at our Phoenix locations. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and pet.

Appointments & cancellations

Please give advance notice to change or cancel an appointment. Specific scheduling, late, and no-show policies are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments & deposits

Payment is due at the time of service. Some appointments may require a deposit, which is applied to your total or handled per the booking terms.

Pet health & conduct

You confirm your pet is in good health and disclose any behavioral or medical concerns. We may decline or stop a service for the safety of your pet or our team.

Limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Text message (SMS) program

By providing your mobile number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and post-service review requests from Cookies N Clean by text message. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
