Text Updates Program Terms

These terms cover only the Cookies N Clean Text Updates program, our optional text message service. They are a separate document from our website Terms of Service: agreeing to the website terms never enrolls you in text messages, and nothing about the program is a condition of using our website or our services.

What the program is

If you enroll, Cookies N Clean will send you appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-service review requests by text message (SMS). Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Joining is optional

Consent is not a condition of any purchase, booking, or service. You can book, pay for, and receive everything we offer without ever receiving a text; if you are not enrolled, we contact you by phone or email instead. Giving us your mobile number so we can reach you about an appointment does not enroll you.

You are enrolled only if you take one of these affirmative steps:

  • On our Text Updatespage: enter your number and check the consent box. The box is optional, never pre-checked, and the page includes a “no thanks” option that declines texts with no effect on anything else.
  • Verbally, when booking by phone or in person: a staff member asks whether you would like appointment updates by text and records your answer. Saying no never affects your appointment.

We keep a record of when and how you opted in.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing further. Opting out never affects your appointments, your ability to book, or any service. Reply START at any time to re-subscribe.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on major US carriers; short message service is provided on an “as is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
