To provide grooming services, schedule and confirm appointments, respond to your inquiries, and improve our site and services.

Text messaging

Text messaging is optional. Providing your mobile number when you book does not enroll you, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking, purchase, or service. If you decline, we will call or email you instead. You are enrolled only by a separate affirmative act: checking the opt-in box on our Text Updates page. That form is the only way to enroll. The box is never pre-checked, and the program has its own Text Updates Program Terms, separate from our website Terms of Service.

If you opt in, you will receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-service review requests. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; opting out does not affect your appointments or your ability to book. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, analytics, scheduling, and payment processing). We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
